Natural Remedy For Depression
Besides using medication for depression, an
alternative would be using natural remedy for depression.
Most natural remedies for depression involve some or other herbs to be
taken singly or along with other type of herbs. Some of the special
herbs that come under the natural remedy for depression are, California
poppy, kava, passionflower, catnip, valerian, chamomile, lemon balm,
lavender and so on. These herbs are taken in the form of a pill and/or
tea in exact dosages prescribed by the monk or priest who asks you to
take these.
In order for the natural remedy for depression to work well, one would
have to follow instructions very carefully and do exactly as they
instruct, however dull it sounds to you. Some of the ancient sciences
priests still pray to Nature, while still others pray to God. It does
not matter what faith you are following, the most significant point is
to find the right natural remedy for depression as per the needs of the
sick person.
The natural remedy for depression will be boosted along by a good dose
of love and understanding by all who love the depressed person. In order
to make him/her snap out of his/her depression they need a lot of love
and understanding. Their feelings are many times imaginary for us the
healthy people, but very real for them (who are sick) so when they say
something that does not match our perspective, do not contradict it
right away. Build around it and come to the point at a later stage.
When and if the natural remedy for depression fails, then it could be
boosted along with medicines, yoga and meditation. Meditation is very
effective for depression, but it is labour intensive, and a bit
difficult to immediately teach someone who is totally depressed.
However, it is possible (though it will require intense efforts) and the
results are good, too.
Depression is totally curable disease and hence, the treatment should be
taken up as soon as possible, whether in the form of natural remedy for
depression or any other type.
